37. "Prairie Widow"- Paul Yee. This is a story of carrying onward after a loss of someone who was only hindering you all along. Sometimes the death of a husband is the rebirth of the wife. Very simply written yet very intricately woven.

This short story is from >i> Other Solitudes </i> Edited by LInda Hutcheon & Marion Richmond.

My next entry will be a change of heart.

This sounds like an interesting one. Those stories that involve looking back at how someone who is dead affected your life, and not being able to tell them what you thought one way or another often speak to me.
